We use the name, email address, optional company details and message you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested work. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence, as appropriate. Providing the required fields is necessary to use the form. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form.
Hosting and security
Our hosting provider, Fasthosts, processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and access times to deliver and protect the website. The contact form uses a security session and a temporary rate-limit record derived from your IP address to reduce spam and abuse. We do not store submitted message content in the website’s public files. Enquiries are sent to our business mailbox. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to supply these services.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, third-party fonts, embedded maps or social-media tracking on this site. Essential browser storage remembers your cookie-notice choice for up to six months. A session cookie is used when you open the contact form to protect submissions and expires when the browser session ends. Retention
